    Returns and Exchanges

    Customers may return items purchased either for exchange or partial refund.

    Exchanges:  Custmomers may exchange returned items for new items. Return shipping costs wiill be at the customers expense.   On exchanges, Garage Door Supply Co. will upon the receipt of the returned item(s), issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping and handling charges.

    Returns for refund: Customers may return any item (with the exception of items that are specifically identified as not-returnable), for a partial refund.  All items returned for refund (not exchanges) will incur a 20% re-stocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the customer and Garage Door Supply Co.  or it's management.
